By using LiveWell Thai you agree to these terms. This is a plain-language summary and should be reviewed by counsel before launch.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Provider listings & featured subscriptions
Providers may claim a listing (subject to approval) and optionally pay a recurring fee to feature it. Featured subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in the billing portal; cancelling stops future renewals and partial periods are not refunded.
Bookings, payments & commission
You pay the full service price when you book, and LiveWell Thai holds the funds in escrow. After your appointment you confirm the service is complete to release the payment to the provider; if you take no action within 5 days of the appointment date, it is auto-completed and released. On release LiveWell Thai retains a commission (15% unless stated otherwise) and the remainder is transferred to the provider via Stripe Connect. Cancellation: free with a full refund up to 5 days before the appointment; within 5 days a 30% fee is retained for the provider and 70% is refunded; once the appointment date has passed a booking can no longer be cancelled. If something goes wrong you can report a problem, which pauses auto-completion while LiveWell Thai reviews it and either releases the payment or refunds you. LiveWell Thai is not a party to the service contract between you and the provider.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you post (reviews, community posts, images) and grant us a licence to display it on the platform. Don't post unlawful or infringing content.
